Anybody who works at a secondhand shop can tell you that after a while, you stop wanting to pay full price for things. You also start waiting for your personal white whale to show up, and today is that day for me. I fully believe some lucky customer will get it before I do but it’s so cool that it finally came in! I won’t tell you which item I have my eye on, but I will tell you about some of the great stuff we have today. First off - quilting cottens! We’ve got some large sizes and some fat quarters, and some really great patterns and colors. My favorite are the ones with hidden animals worked in to the designs. To go along with the sewing theme, two excellent rotary cutters and the sharpest little seam ripper I’ve ever seen, and a collection of brand new pins of all types. We’ve got blank canvases for painters, and metal findings and cords for jewelry makers, and a Paper Paper Paper book for paper artists. It’s an excellent collection of finds today, and maybe you see the thing you’ve been waiting for - come snatch it before it’s gone!
