In this class, students will learn to self draft a skirt - either A-line or a tiered skirt - based on their measurements. They will make a paper pattern, a muslin drape and a final skirt. Students must have prior sewing experience. Students will bring a working machine (including power cord and pedal) but if they don’t have one, we can provide one. A sewing kit (pins, measuring tape, marking tools, fabric scissors, ruler) is suggested, but not required. Fabric and drafting paper will be supplied by Scrappy Elephant.
