Did someone ask for yarn? Because we received about 10 trash bags worth of yarn over the weekend… There are all kinds of beautiful, hand-dyed, natural fiber skeins (with lots of yardage) in here to love, from Claudia Hand Painted Yarns to Malabrigo, Emma’s Yarn, and more. Unfortunately, no holds on yarn today as there is simply too much for our staff to dig through. Plus, it’s always better if you can see and feel the yarn in person before you buy :)
Pro tip for all you yarn fiends: as soon as it gets cold out, we cannot keep yarn stocked at the Scrappy Elephant. It flies off the shelf and pickings are usually pretty slim. BUT as soon as it starts getting a little warmer out, suddenly we are flush with yarn and few places to store it. So we recommend stocking up on yarn during the spring and summer so you have options for your winter projects!
