Ditch the disposable cup and give your coffee, tea, or hot chocolate a handmade upgrade! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn slab-building techniques to create your own reusable ceramic travel mug, complete with a partially covered top and sip hole.

Go bold with florals, play with geometric patterns, or keep things simple. You’ll receive step-by-step guidance as you shape, assemble, and paint your mug.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Hand-building: Build your mug from clay slabs and create its distinctive top.

• Surface Design: Paint your own designs using underglazes.

• Finishing: We’ll apply a clear glaze over your artwork and fire your mug, bringing your colors and design to life.

Your finished mug will be ready for pickup approximately four weeks later.

All materials and tools are provided. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy; aprons are encouraged.
