In this class we will learn how to disassemble vintage hardbound books and add new pages to turn them into sketchbooks or notebooks. We will learn some basic bookbinding techniques and everyone will leave the class with their own handmade notebook or sketchbook. Experience with paper manipulation such as origami, hand sewing, or any type of bookbinding is beneficial, but not necessary. All materials will be provided.
