Happy Friday everyone! Here’s a rundown of what we’ve got on the fresh finds shelf today! Lots of papercrafts materials today, with a shape cutter, washi tape, and LOTS of stickers! We also have a small selection of colorful clay and clay tools, as well as these awesome large paintbrushes fit for any grand-scale painter. Check out these super cute sewing themed band-aids for the inevitable prick of a finger on a sewing needle.
Moving on to classes, there are none for today, but instead we have the Slow Stitch Sanctuary in the Book Nook again, an open stitching circle for anyone of any skill level. If you’re interested just come by! Moving on to Saturday, we have Beginner Book Binding beginning at 10am taught by our amazing Ellen! Sunday is a little more busy, with Oil Painting for Everybody! Landscapes Edition in the classroom and Knit and Learn with UVA Environmental Science Graduate Students in the Book Nook, each starting at 2pm. The UVA knit circle is free, but please still sign up before arriving! Looking forward to Thursday the 24th, we have a new series starting at 4:30! Kids Sewing 102, an 8 week course for your intermediate leveled kiddo!
